Privacy Policy

Puttipong Studio Co.,Ltd. ("the Company", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use and disclose your personal data when you use pscl.co.th or contact us, under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA").

2. Data we collect

What you enter in the contact form: name, email, phone (optional), subject and message, plus the IP address of the device that sent it.
What you give us when you contact us another way, such as phone, LINE, email or social media.
Anonymous usage statistics (all visitors): pages opened, the site that referred you, campaign (UTM) parameters, device type, browser, operating system, approximate country and time spent on each page. Your IP address and browser details are turned into a one-way code that changes every day and cannot be reversed; visitor IP addresses are not stored.
Only if you accept analytics cookies: a random ID in a cookie (pscl_vid) that tells us you are returning, a session ID, screen size, browser language, approximate province or city, and taps on call, LINE, email or the contact form.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We do not use your data for advertising, install no third-party advertising tools, and never sell or rent personal data.

Answering questions, advising, quoting and acting on your request before a contract (contract, s. 24(3)).
Keeping the site secure and preventing spam and abuse (legitimate interests, s. 24(5)).
Anonymous statistics to improve the site and our services (legitimate interests, s. 24(5)).
Detailed analytics with analytics cookies (consent, s. 19), which you can withdraw at any time.
Complying with the law and orders of public authorities (legal obligation, s. 24(6)).

4. Disclosure

We share data only as needed with providers that run the website and email, such as server, hosting and email providers, who must keep it confidential and use it only on our instructions. We may disclose data to public authorities where the law requires.

If a provider stores data outside Thailand, we ensure adequate safeguards under sections 28 and 29 of the PDPA.

5. Retention

Contact form and other messages: up to 2 years from your last contact, unless a contract or the law requires longer.
Usage statistics: deleted automatically after about 13 months.
Cookies: for the periods listed in the Cookie Policy.

6. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), limit access to the staff who need it, and turn identifying details in statistics into one-way codes.

7. Your rights

Email [email protected] to exercise these rights. We reply within 30 days and may ask you to verify your identity first.

Access your personal data and obtain a copy.
Have it corrected and kept up to date.
Have it deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Restrict its use.
Object to its collection, use or disclosure.
Receive it or have it transferred.
Withdraw consent at any time, for example under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the site, without affecting earlier processing.
Complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC) of Thailand if you believe we have not complied with the law.

9. Minors

This site is not aimed at minors under 20. Minors who want to contact us should have consent from a parent or guardian.

10. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time and will show the latest update date on this page. We will announce significant changes on the site.
